	This could be really bad news for the Yankees. They only have two dependable starters as of right now. If Andy Pettitte finds himself embroiled in a court case (even if he is not the target) it could turn out to be a great distraction. This could spell trouble for the Yankees just at the time when they appear to be recovering from their annual early season slump.
