Star players who are professional both on and off the field should always be welcome in Indy. The Colts don't need a big time player (unless its at SLB), so a veteran role player should suffice.

the Colts grow/develop their own talent, so i think the question becomes more of a
"do we need players to step up to the next level on offense or defense or both or neither?" i honestly think we are good enough as we are. i honestly think dungy gets another super bowl win in his last year as head coach.
The Colts are my pick for the Superbowl. I think they have enough talent. They are alot like the Pats, they lose a player, and plug one in, and he performs amost as good, or as good, as the player he is reglacing. That's a sign of good personell management and coaching. As long as they have Peyton, they are a threat every year.
Do we need it? Not really as others have stated the Colts do have their fair share of talent but it would be a welcome addition if that player fit within the Colts scheme. I think a "superstar" pass rusher on defense would be very welcome. The Giants proved that you can never have too many good pass rushers.
