Griffen didn't kick his ass. My opinion was that fight was a draw. i think rampage won rounds 1,3 and split round 5. forest clearly won round 2 and possibly 4. griffin had the great leg kicks early on but rampage clearly did all the damage. some of the judges scored 4 rounds to 1 in favor of griffin. is this turning into boxing?
It already has - did you see Bisping-Hamill? Griffin didn't do enough to take the belt, and Jackson did just enough to keep it IMO. I think Jackson won the fight. He threw less, but connected more, and it's obvious looking at the two of them after the fight. Griffin won on the strength of a bunch of leg kicks in the 1st round (which he still lost) and prolonged top control in the 2nd (during which he accomplished next to nothing). The disparity on the scorecards is a complete joke.
