If I'm an average Japanese citizen, hanging out in Tokyo or Kobe, with world-wide internet access and the chance to vote 25 times for MLB all-stars, you can bet I'll fire in every Japanese player on the list 25 times in a row. Multiply that be several factors and you get enough votes to put a sub-par Japanese baseball player on the all-star team. I just can't figure out why Kaz and Hideki aren't on the squad!
Boo hoo, cry like a baby over the All Star Game... seriously... lmao. Some people are sad.
Sit there and talk about how much you hate the Cubs and all this nonsense... worry about YOUR team... Brewers fans and Cards fans are worse than the Sox fans in this city... Btch and moan about another team... if your team does well, then be happy about it... don't cry like a little girl over another team's press.
Boo hoo, cry like a baby over the All Star Game not getting SabathiaThere, I fixed it for you. Brewers fans and Cards fans are worse than the Sox fans in this city... Btch and moan about another team..Do you really want to see some btchin and moanin? Go the the Brewers board and see all of the boo hoo posts from Cubs fans on losing out on the Sabathia derby. What a bunch of sour grape, whiny little ba$tards. don't cry like a little girl over another team's press.Very good advice for some of your fellow Cubs fans.
if i recall, Cubs fans are bigger crybabies. didn't they crucify a guy a couple of years ago for trying to go after a foul ball? good sportsmanship there. blame it on a fan.
Jesus, the Cubs unexpectedly do well for once (after having their dreams of the early 2000s ruined by bad fortune and eventual injury), unexpectedly get some players into the all-star game - and it brings all of the whiners out of the woodwork.
Maybe Fukodome doesn't quite deserve to be a starter, though not an embarrassing choice. I'm just curious why OB % and fielding ability isn't included in this discussion.
On the other hand, why Ankiel??? Maybe he would be a canidate for the home run derby but thats about it.
