You know what bluejays, I want to feel optimistic but this team loses at home to the Clippers and get beat by the terrible Knicks, so I've really lowered my expectations from 50 wins and a 3rd seed which I thought was a reality before the season started. Hopefully with TJ looking like hes back we can go on a tear and go on a streak longer than 3 (what weve been doing all season) but Im not holding my breath. More important than our reg. season record is our playoff opponent and if we can get home court advantage in the 1st series. The mark of an elite team is taking care of the teams theyre supposed to beat, and the Raptors have shown theyre not there yet. One game they walk into Boston's arena and just shoot them out of their own place, then they walk into San Antonio and hold them to a season low 78 points and shut them down, then they let Correy Maggette and Al Thorton look like MJ and Scottie Pippen and lose to the clippers, then Jamal Crawford torches them for 43 points and the loser knicks beat them. I cant make this team out, theyre obviously talented but lack consistency, and that could mean a quick exit in the playoffs or, if they get hot late in the season, a serious run maybe all the way to the conference finals. I guess time will tell...
