Wow, talk about hard up for basketball.  I have no problem with this tournament.  The more March Madness the better, but it's a bit silly.  It seems like they picked mostly the big names that had bad seasons.

I guess if this was the only tourney my team could play in, I'd watch.  As long as it doesn't interfere with the Dance, I would watch anyway!  I love college basketball.

As for watching, assuming I get coverage I'm watching any games Cincy is in. Sure, I do understand that we might be diluting college basketball, but this is fine with me. The fact that this means that there will be hoops on tomorrow and Wednesday, so I won't have to wait until Thursday for the madness to begin.

I know they wouldn't be a ticket boon, but how in the hell did 26-7 IUPUI not get an invite to either the NIT or CBI?

Good question, 99. I thought they'd be a lock for the NIT. But, then so did I think Southern Miss would also. Ever since the NIT went to their current format of inviting conference regular season winners that got knocked out of their respective tourneys the NIT has taken a big hit, IMHO.

As A Memphis fan I just want to see the C-USA teams advance,  with three teams in a 16 team tourney u have to like the odds of advancement.
