As a Cards fan, I have to say this is by far the best match-up of the tourney so far. Both teams are equally as talented. No team really has an edge on the other. Louisville will need to keep their shooting streak up and get a lot out of Padgett. If Tennesee continues to struggle at guard play then Louisville will most likely win. But who knows. What are your thoughts about the upcoming game?

before you start talking crap about me being a UK fan, I like the cards as well. If that is wrong just sue me. Im here to talk basketball.

I think the big factor will be the defensive aspect of the game. 2 teams that like to press.  Both teams have shown their capabilities on offense. Whoever can pressure effectively in full and halfcourt will come out with the W. The 1-2-2 trapping press is something Tennessee hasn't seen that much of this year. It will be interesting to see if UT can beat the press without running the sideline.

I Was at the games in Birmingham and I thought from what I saw Tenn handles the Fullcourt press awful.  I heard during the game against American that Lofton & Jujuan had ankle issues? But practice is not the same .  Louisvilles full court is CRAZY good. The thing with Louisville is there Defense has showed up every game this year we have not been blown out not once been in every game with 5 min. to go. If we continue to shoot well this will be a double digit win for the CARDS.  If lofton gets hot we are in trouble we want the game to be 50's or low 60's See yall in Charlotte!!!

Honestly, I feel you all will handle the VOLS.I also think that you all are the only team left in the country that can beat UNC.Get past them its yours.All this depending, if you continue to play like you have.Good luck Thursday.

so what we see in practice is?????

I have been watching basketball all year and UT is yet to see a 1-2-2 or 1-2-1-1 from an opponent. Maybe some man to man but nit a 1-2-2.
