X gets WV

Scoring depth huh.....did you see any of either of WVU's first two tourney games?  Did you even look at the box score?  In both games WVU had 4 players in double figures and were very balanced in their scoring.  And remember that Joe Alexander hasn't gone off yet in this tourney.  He is due to go off and drop 30+ on someone.

I don't know who will win this game.  I hope WVU wins as every Mountaineer fan does.  But this is going to be a great game between two evenly matched teams.

Stop with the ignorant 3rd grade garbage and enjoy this game.  That comment was meant for everyone on this board, not just the XU fans.

Back in Christopher Columbus' day, EVERYBODY said the world was flat!  That did not make it so.

BCS - Bowl Championship Series.  The analysts use this term is basketball as well but it really has no place in basketball.  That's my point of view. 

If you are refering to the Cinci game we lost as a game I did not mention, it had no bearing on my point.  WVU's worst performance this year was against Cinci.  Poorest shooting performance by any WVU team I have ever seen.  If these two played again, the outcome would be much different and I think you know that.  If you look at the entire season and see how WVU performed the last few weeks of the regular season and in the tournaments, you would see that WVU has many "big game wins". For example: Marquette, Pitt, Uconn, and Duke. 

The Cinci loss was bad but it happened early enough in the season for WVU to overcome the ill effects.

True post.  This will be a very good game.  Matchup problems for both teams. 

A UC fan I am a MOUNTAINEER.  You know I drove up the ol Pick up Truck and moved to these parts.  UC sucks their fans are rowdy as hell to, I went to the football game and not only is the school in the ghetto the fans are right on the field acting like hoooligans.

You are right, legs.  Like most games at this stage, it will be settled in the last 3 minutes. I find it interesting that people here are basing their opinions on selected games played 3 months ago.  If you take each team's best 4 games, they should both be in the top 5. If you take both teams worst 5 games, neither deserves to be in the tournament.

Xavier "owns " Huggins and he was praying he wouldn't have to face them?  That is the lamest argument I have ever heard, EVER.

WVU is playing their best basketball of the season right now, which is why I pick them to win.

WVU fan here....I see this as a 50-50.  Either team is capable of winning the game. I feel that it might come down to turnover's or fouls that decide this game.

Do not see a blowout in either direction.
