should be fired is he is a professional photographer.  BTW CBS message boards are populated by poltergeists.  Hate the quadruple posts.  Anyway Tiger did not threaten the stupid arsenine photog, he was making a comment between green and tee ( as BabyG pointed out ).  Inappropriate definitely...understandable..of course.  He should have gone over to the jerk and  taken his camera away and stomped on it.  Since the moron decided it was his right to deny Tiger the right to persue his livelyhood, Tiger should have ripped his work away from him.  I defy anyone to tell me that if you were in the middle of a work project that you really cared about and some jerk ruined it  you wouldn't be royally teed off. Nuff said.

Senile ol Geezer, your continued arguing of this noise problem is ridiculous.  Give it up!!  It will never work.  You are just placing the blame for a bad shot somewhere else other than on the one who played the bad shot.

Tiger needs to just accept the fact that all the world doesn't stand still while he hits the ball.  Again, he was trained for these distractions by his own father!!!

As an amateur I have the occurance of sudden noises in my backswing and I play on.  It is the "rub-of-the-green".  We're not playing in operating rooms and neither is Tiger!!

They may not be operating rooms but I can assure you that they are some of the best courses in the world. Let me give you a little golf ability etiquette lesson. When I first started out playing I was 12, from that point playing with my neighbor who was a 7 hdc I learned to be quite. While playing with my friends who were not all the great we would some times forget but still tried. There is a good point here so hang on. Once getting on the varsity Jr. High team everytime we played the one thing that never happened was people moving or talking during a swing. Notice the age group here? High school was the same way. Ive been all over the country in the military and as a golf pro and played with all kinds and all ages of people. AMAZINGLY they all know to shut the fck up when people are playing. My son is pretty good for his age and has played with members at private courses I worked at and never had a problem being quite, hes 10. When any pro gets ready to hit there are about 3 people around the tee box holding up signs that say quite. Exactly what kind of excuse does anyone have that is at one of these tourneys to not be quite. They are all obviously golfers and should by now know the deal about being quite. Just cause you cant break 100 (85% of the world cant) doesnt mean you can judge that particular situation and what it means to the golfer.

Also btw, I'm getting tired of people portraying their children as "victims" because their tender fragile ears heard a swear word.  My daughter plays and watches golf with me( she is 10 ).  I promise you she has heard much worse on the golf course than she will ever hear on the TV.  The only victim in this instance was Tiger.  If it would have been me I would have done alot more that call the cretin a jackash.
