Upside looks good on this guy but you never know with these JUCO players. Some of them do pretty well while others flop like Alexander did. He's almost similar to Alexander but seems to be a better rebounder and bruiser, something we'll need considering Tisdale is still a bit soft.

As for Holdren, have nothing bad to say about him, wish him luck, and hopefully he has success elsewhere. But this is probably a good decision for him.

I don't think Tisdale is soft, he's willing to mix it up down low, he just doesn't have the bulk and strength necessary to hold/get position yet. But he's working hard on that part, he wants to get up to about 250lbs...
