Nothing personally, other than he learned a style under Pitino that Uconn would struggle with in the early season. Note, ducked us again after Fords first year when it was common knowledge that Ford wanted to install an up tempo offense.

That's funny, Louisville doesn't think we suck, Pitt doesn't think we suck, Syracuse certainly doesn't think we suck, Florida doesn't think we suck and Kentucky doesn't think we suck. These are all teams we played tough or beaten in the past 2 years and not one of the games were on our home floor. Christ, Jim Boheim has never beaten us in his carreer. HoF coach and all!
The difference is they don't need the playing field slanted in their direction every time we play
I would be happy to see that game. Not sure why u would want to play us though. Maybe u think your team would look better with a L against a team like Uconn.

Just another stop to build his resume in his quest to coach Kentucky. I would be surprised if he stays at Oklahoma St. for longer than 5 years.
But back to the point. Do you think Calhoun will agree to play Kellog? Why or why not?
Uconn would have been hard pressed to beat Umass the last 2 years. No chemistry and It doesn't help when the coach invites a few players to leave every year.
There is not alot of upside playing Umass. Only upside is for Umass as they would have the chance to beat a top 10 team next year. You look at the series history and we have dominated Umass. I'd rather see us go out of conference and play a top 10 team next year like UNC or a Kansas.
