Its more of crap shoot at the skilled positions.  How many dominant O linemen were drafted in the seventh round?  Probably not too many.  I would look it up but Im just lazy.

i would take the top five pick in this draft because of the talent there is in that top five spot.

It all depends on the situation of the team your referring to. If your talking about a team like miami that has more needs than a spanish prostitute, than the second round is better. If your talking about a team that needs an impact player at a certain position to take off, than they'll want a top 5 pick.

The Ravens would hope for a top 5 pick

the Dolphins would want the two 2nd rounders

Get the idea?

Saints lover here too!  Man i hope we use our head  in this years draft , last years was dissappointing trading up for players that dont even play a single down in a Saints uniform. I feel we should trade down and stock pile more draft picks to build a better defense. What happen to Robert Mecheem and Antonio Pittman.

Hahaha, I'm sorry but never mention Asante Samuel as "some of the best players of all time". He only had 1 great season. He is good but is not at all one of the best of all time.

I agree with what you are saying with the total crap shoot. But with the top 5 pick you will really know what you are getting. They are the top players in college and could be made into a premium player in the pros. Like Adrian Peterson. So i would rather have a top 5 pick.

Actually, O-line is one of the positions that you can pull a ten-year starter out of nowhere from. Jeff Saturday, arguably a future HOFer, was undrafted. Indy's line also has an undrafted guard, a 5th-round guard, and a 4th-round RT. With the exception of left tackle, it's easy to get a stud O-lineman in the late rounds.
