crap.  i hadn't seen that about chatman.  i guess Ricky Williams is our backup.  we traded booker to the Eagles for a draft pick.  i've never heard of this parmele guy hopefully we can get something out of him when ricky gets hurt or banished from football for yet another weed charge

The Bears' current starter is Cedric Benson, but look for that to change.  Matt Forte will be the starter and Benson the backup.

Eagles 1 is set, Westbrook.

2 gets shaky.  Buckhalter is the incumbent, and has played well when healthy.

But Tony Hunt could take the goal line stuff, and Booker was someone they were high on during last years draft.  I don't think Moats will be in the mix, but he did show some explosiveness a couple years ago.

The Texans should give the starting job to Chris Taylor for the sake of consistency, but unfortunately they're going to hang onto Ahman Green, which means once he gets injured in week three we have to go through a three-week period of getting another guy ready to take 15-20 carries per game.

Not to mention, with Green and Chris Brown both on the roster, they're pretty much forced to carry four RBs. Which means it'll probably end up like this:

1) Ahman Green
2) Chris Brown
3) Steve Slaton
4) Chris Taylor

And due to attrition, by week ten Taylor will be starting and Slaton will be in there for a change-of-pace. Regardless, you do not want any Texans RBs on your fantasy team.

Adding Chris Williams to block at LT for them will help whoever is in the backfield.   And I agree Forte will overtake Benson before long.  Lot will depend on camp though.

I am not so sure that shouldn't be reversed. At least, I see Stewart being the 1st and second down back with DWill in on third downs.  Fox likes a big pounding back which williams is not.

As far as the Broncos go, it looks like T. Henry backed up by Selvin Young, but keep an eye on this Torain kid out of ASU--he might be a factor if he is healthy.

Panthers not bad. D Williams backed up by our new #1 J. StewartHey jlaw!

Broncos

I've seen Torian very highly rated, but again I don't know much about him.  I know Denver loves to run the ball, and hopefully Travis Henry can bounce back nicely for you.  He still has some gas left in the tank.

Jlawson:

My message got all screwed up! What I was trying to say and hope you got was that I think for Carolina that Jonathan Stewart may soon be the #1 back with Williams in on 3rd downs.

yeah gotta love the CBS formatting

I agree and think if Stewart can get over this surgery, he will see loads of playing time as a rookie
