Exactly what did this idiot Perriloux finally do to get kicked off the team?  I guess the bar fights, the counterfeiting, the gambling (where did he get the money to gamble, anyway?), those things were okay.  But now according to Les Miles he "didn't fulfill his obligations as an LSU student-athlete?"  Are you kidding?  Since when does the SEC have student-athletes?  It's not a coincidence that Miles used "LSU" in his explanation, and that LSU is on the uniforms.  It's so the players don't have to read or spell anything more difficult than "LSU"!  Miles is a joke.  Just like the academics in the SEC.  Each team takes turns with their thugs and wins the conference over the other teams' thugs who don't belong in college.  Then you are so quick to applaud the coach's "courage" and "toughness".  How about the fact this loser chose your crooked program out of all the other crooked programs in the first place?

...including whatever crooked program you (89OUBobcats) support. It's always easy to take shots at the top dog. Right now that "top dog" is Louisiana State University. We call it LSU because we can -- not because we are too stupid to spell out what the letters stand for. It sounds to me like you are just upset that your school has not won anything in a while (if ever). Certainly, it cannot boast two national championships in the BCS era. Oh, and this "loser" chose the University of Texas in the "first place" and subsequently decided to sign on with a school that he thought had a better chance to win a championship. I can't and don't excuse what he did or what any of the other college athletes at the various programs have ever done or may ever do, but to take a shot at the academics of LSU or any of the Southeastern Conference schools is off-topic and immature.

I would like to address academics again for just a moment. I noticed a few problems with your post. I will point them out eventhough (since you are so intelligent and the beneficiary of such a high level of education) you have probably noticed them yourself. They are as follows:

I guess the bar fights, the counterfeiting, the gambling (where did he get the money to gamble, anyway?), those things were okay.

That is called a run-on sentence.

Just like the academics in the SEC.

This is called a sentence fragment.

But now according to Les Miles he "didn't fulfill his obligations as an LSU student-athlete?"

This sentence begins with a connecting word, but doesn't connect anything within the sentence. Additionally, it reads like a declarative sentence but is punctuated as an interrogative sentence.

I could excuse the last one as "artistic license", but I will not for I do not believe that was your intent.

I could go on, but I am starting to bore myself.

"Class dissmissed!" (That's artistic license.)

Have a nice day.

TIGER BAIT!!!

He was dismissed for a positive drug test.

Your smack of LSU, and the SEC as a whole being so crooked, wreaks of jealousy. Your big, bad team you support must've got their a*s kicked by Vandy or some other SEC ruffian.

Someone needs to test your pee as well, go find a life!

RP chose LSU over Texas because he KNEW there was no chance of him starting his freshman year at UT because VY was there.  Not because of winning championships you IDIOTS!!!

Go back and read his quotes before he signed you jack offs!

Yeah, you do get shot at alot when you're the top dog.  Good thing for you that you're life at the top will be short lived and maybe you will come around again in about 40 years if the tradition of your program stands firm.

Forgive me, Tex, for not realizing the CBS Sportsline postings had a "proper English only" requirement.  Apparently, your position as this site's English language expert allows you to avoid answering the post directly, and instead make various incorrect observations about a conversational-style post.  Here is an easy question for you... and  I      will      type     sllooooowwwlllyyyy       so      you     can      understand.  Please name a quality educational institution in the SEC.  I am sorry, that was a trick question.  There are no quality educational institutions in the SEC.  The point of the post was the absurd nature of Miles' statement.

In closing, Mr. English, you misspelled the word "dismissed" when you used the artistic license "CLASS DISSMISSED", you ignorant redneck.

It is a real shame that I have to post on this hateful thread again. However, since you just do not get it, I guess I will take one more shot at it.

I pretty much addressed all the moronic assertions in your last post. I even stated that I do not stand behind any of the idiotic things that Perrilloux has done.   You are the one that questioned the academics of the SEC and LSU. I never claimed to be “this site’s English language expert”, but thanks for the compliment. It really means a lot coming from someone of your intelligence level. You are the one with the “position” as you say. That is why you feel you can throw about insults (because you are so much smarter and better than everyone else). I suppose being from a place as far north as you must be, causes your IQ to go up by at least 50 points. I really wish I could be from there too. I am so jealous!!   Now, back to reality. Yes I misspelled the word dismissed. I also put “(That’s artistic license)” after it. That misspelled word was the artistic license. It is called satire. You see, I was making fun of the fact that I don’t think you are all that smart, and that it is laughable that someone who lacks intelligence (such as yourself) would insult the intelligence of others.   Here is something I left out last time. You stated that Miles “used ‘LSU’ in his explanation, and that LSU is on the uniforms.  It's so the players don't have to read or spell anything more difficult than ‘LSU’!” I suppose that is why your sportsline handle is “89OUBobcats”. I guess you can’t spell “Ohio” or “University”. Can you spell “HYPOCRITE”?   It is so funny that you called me an ignorant redneck. I am about as far from being a redneck as you could imagine. It is okay though. I really don’t find that very insulting. I don’t know if you are a redneck (yes, there are rednecks in the northern states), but the fact that you would classify me without even knowing the first thing about me does make you ignorant.   You say the point of the post was the “absurd nature of Miles’ statement”. If that is true, you certainly strayed far from your point in making it. Miles did not feel the need to go into detail. Maybe this kid can go somewhere else and turn things around. At this point, he is no longer part of LSU’s team and there is no need for more negativity. The nature of his comment was not absurd; it showed class. You probably did not recognize that – having none yourself. Finally, to answer your “trick question”, LSU is one of the top cancer research centers in the country. Also, most people you know would not even be considered for entrance into Vanderbilt.

Hey Trey. Nobody rang your bell. "RP" not only didn't start at LSU his freshman year, he never started until there was an injury in front of him and then only for one week. First,  he was behind JaMarcus Russell. Then he was behind Matt Flynn. Only in this year was he finally going to get the chance to start. Whatever "quotes" he made, the truth is that he wasn't being recruited by Nick Saban. When Saban left, he saw his chance to be a part of LSU's team.

You are just mad because LSU beat your little team in 2003 (a year they did not even deserve to be in the NCG since they weren't even the champions of their own conference).

You should also watch your language. Even 89OUB has more class than that.

One last thing -- you should really take that fleur de lis off your profile. As long as it is there, I have to have some amount of empathy for you. Don't you want to be a Cowboy's fan or something?

Again, the fake ID to get into a casino, the bar fights, the counterfeiting ring, those things did not constitute grounds for dismissal.  Perilloser could stay on the team and help LSU win the SEC title game and eventual national championship with those violations.  Now, in the offseason and with nothing to lose, Miles dismisses him from the team.

Those are the actions of a great man that prove Les Miles is honorable and has the best interests of LSU at heart.  In case you don't recognize THAT, you hick, that was sarcasm.  Once again, by way of explanation, the thread is not about you supporting the actions of R.P.  The thread is about Les Miles handing down "discipline" and the subsequent laudatory reactions of the Tigers faithful to his "iron fist".

Ryan Perrilloux has as much of a chance at turning things around as Lawrence Phillips and Mo Clarett.
