I chose Clemson over the probable favorite Va Tech (even with all their losses on defense). Should be an interesting season for many ACC teams. I don't know that there is a clear cut favorite from my perspective.
As for the representing non-BCS matchup; non-BCS qualifiers are 2-1 in three seasons so the odds are against the ACC champ in the Orange. I think it could be BYU, but whoever it is must run the table to get there. Hawaii's SOS last season will prohibit any non-BCS team from making it to a BCS bowl game with similar SOS this season. So in short, the non-BCS team who runs the table with a decent SOS will get the Orange bowl bid and beat whoever the ACC can put up.
