I care! These are some great times by a very fast, and still quite young athlete!

She is a class act from what I have seen of her. I hope she keeps it up! I for one am tired of track athletes who end up being dirty. Be nice to see a clean one for once!

Go Felix!

Give it a rest.  There are a plenty of clean athletes in track and field.  You only hear about the guilty ones because its not mainstream.  There are plenty of talented clean track and field performers.  I"d be willing to bet a lot of money there has been more positive steroid tests in football or baseball in the last 5 years than track.

Track and Field has a MUCH more robust drug testing regime than any of the major American sports.

Go read up on Jeremy Wariner.  Guy's a freak of nature who has been running fast  400s since he was 14.

Go read up on all of the northern African distance runners.  Same deal.

yeah sandman - have you ever watched track and field live (not on the tube, in person). I'm guessing you haven't, otherwise you wouldn't make such a downright rude statement.

Props to sports like bicycling and track & field where steroid users are punished and pretty darn seriously punished at that - kinda helps when it's an international worldwide governing body of the sport that lays down the law.

I care!  Track and field is not all cheats, and I know personally because I was a hurdler and ran with a number of these great people that don't believe in doping to better there already great skills.  Yes Track has been smeared with a number of doping violations over the years, but you can't judge everyone on the mistakes of the people that decided to cheat.  I take my hat off to all the hard working, drug free track athletes in the world (There are many) and hope that more people can come to realize that they are the cream of the crop and the real reflection of the world.  I know for a fact that i never doped and the elite group that i competed with also did not, so please re-think and get more facts on your statement.  probably 75-80% of athletes do not dope and the other 25-20%, well let's hope they get the picture and stop and bring sportsmanship back on the track.
