Good finish for having car trouble.  I finally got to run my Dirt 358 modified this week after being rained out the last 2 weeks.  I won my heat and started 7th in the feature.  I got about 10 laps into it and was running 3rd when the car started to heat up.  I ran 2 more laps hoping for a caution and low and behold ended up being that caution.  Blew her up! 

We pulled the motor sun. afternoon and the block was cracked right on the mount to the car.  The edges of the crack were rusted so we are guessing that we did it last year and just never spotted it.  Anybody got about 10,000 bucks I can borrow for a new motor?  lol.  I'll put your name on the car!  lol.  We have a backup motor but it's not nearly as strong.  We took the blown one to our motor guy and will hopefully have it back by next week.  It was only the 2nd points race of the year so hopefully we can make up the loss.

I hope your luck is better than ours is ynorocks!  Keep getting after them guys and you will get some wins.  I started out with carts also.  You runnning dirt or asphalt?
