This team could use some criticsim. Please, if they want to go to the playoffs, they need to start hitting the ball. It's ridiculous. If it weren't for the awesome picthing, this team might have the worst record in baseball. They need to snap out of it and freaakin score some runs. Vlad, stop swinging at pitches 5 feet outside and wake up! We need you to have success. Let's go, it's time to turn things around and be good at something besides pitching.

I really thought this offense might get better this year. Right about now I would be pissed because John Lackey would have 8 quality starts with onle 2 wins. Instead I am pissed because I drafted him in five leagues before he was injured so they were expensive picks.

Overall, it hasn't been that bad. They have had a rough week, but last night just got shut down by a great pitcher. Heck, even the Red Sox had a string where they could barely score. They'll be fine...I'm more worried about Weaver and the bullpen right now.

HALOS--I just needed somewhere to vent a little lol. Vlad needs to get going. What has been up with him? Saunders and Santana have been awesome though. Hopefully Lackey will come back and be the pitcher he was last year. They need him to and I need him for fantasy as well. But I like what I see with Kotchman and Napoli. They are finally both healthy this year.

Yeah, Vladdy does need to get it going. Kotch and Hunter have been solid all season and others have stepped up here and there, but we need the big guy to start swinging it.
Another tough matchup today against Scott Kazmir.

The Angels would probably be the best MLB team if Kelvim Escobar and John Lackey were healthy and pitching well. Any team would envy just Ervin Santana and Joe Saunders on one team, but with Jered Weaver, Lackey and Escobar the pitching would be amazing. The Angels have lost 2 straight, and remain at the top of their division. Personally, if I were an Angels fan, I would not be worrying about anything right now.
