They'll warm up to him, because they will have no choice. He's the big acquisition and most of the rest of the team are probably already excited about having him. How petty do they look not taking him in? Hollis Thomas is one of the more popular Saints. He's getting old and on his way out. He is probably not going to warm up to the young man who is more than likely going to take his job this year, thus affecting some other players who hold Hollis in high regard. When it's all said and done though Ellis will emerge as a leader by example and ability and the D-line and team will gel with him. He's also a friend of the most popular guy on the team...Reggie Bush.
