Look, i'm not saing this just necause i'm a Cavaliers fan. I mean he shot 7-20 and they still found a way to win...Mainly because he created oppourtunities...He makes thhings happen all around the court. Opinions?

Maybe if he did it more during the season and got some more wins you would be right. But in a weaker conference in the west, and the ammount of wins the cavs had, it would have be robbing Kobe or Chris Paul if they didnt get what they deserved. Kg would be 3rd and then LeBron.

But say they got maybe 4 or 5 more wins, id be right there with you agreeing.

Holy cow. Enough with the "(INSERT NAME) Should be MVP". The award means nothing! Who cares!? The award that matters is that nice shiny NBA Championship trophy. Why do people get so caught up on who should win the individual award?

If an MVP was truly awarded to simply the best player in the league or the player that does the most for his team; then yes, Lebron should have won. However, MVP is more than just that. An MVP is about winning. Now the Cavs were riddled with issues all year long: contract issues, injuries, trades. So in essense, Lebron probably would have gotten more wins if these issues didn't all occur in the same year. But we don't award an MVP based upon probables.

Personally, my voting would be as follows:

Chris Paul, Kobe Bryant, Tracy McGrady, LeBron James, and KG.  KG is lowest on the list cause he plays with two other all-stars.  With the C's; each of those all stars plays the MVP role on a given night.  KG doesn't always step up and many times in crunch time; he doesn't even shoot.  Others he will.  He is not consistent.

However, if I could chose any of those players to be on my team or to start a team or to add to make a winning team; Lebron would be my first choice.  He is the best player in the league and valuable to the Cavs moreso than any other player is to his team.

Let me break it down to you idiots. YOU NOT GOING TO WIN MVP IF YOUR TEAM DONT FINISH TOP 2 IN CONFERENCE STANDINGS. The onlyt real mvp candidates was kg,cp3. and kb24. Personally I think Chris should have won it but I have no gripe with Kobe winning it. trust me the day the cavs finished top 2 in the east and have over 50 wins he probably will win it.

I would agree that James should be MVP except for 1 major problem.  71% freethrows.

Freethrows are the only constant thing in sports(nothing ever changes) and he can't make them.  Maybe a little less practice on your dunks and a little more practice on a basic fundamental.

Your stupid how the hell can you give a guy the MVP who finished a distance 4th in the JV league? The only candidates as I said before was Kg,Paul, and Kobe.

that was i was saying athlete look like MVP caliber in the first 3 and a half games. The only thing he did good in game 3 was blcok rondo a couple times. Last night he looked awful until he hit that 3 and threw it down  late in the 4th.
