Congratulations.

Pistons have earned the respect of the many during the current roster [or it's main part] era. Of course, the rings count.

Alot of love to the Detorit Pistons for reaching the Eastern Finals for the 6 straight season, which ties the record for the most straight apperances along with Magic Johnsons Lakers.

A couple other records were touched last night.

Rip Hamilton passes Isiah Thomas as the Pistons leading scorer in playoff history, and it only took him 6 seasons.

Also, the Pistons set a record for least turnovers in a playoff game with 3, not to mention they accomplished this with a rookie starting in Rodney Stuckey, who had 0 turnovers himself.

Alright Pistons fans its great to be back but this isnt what we came for, but i couldnt be happier with how its going so far, enough rest for Chauncey and the rest of the guys before we met up with either boston, or cleveland. And i like our chances aganst either of them.

Lets just do it for Dyess, this guy really deserves a ring, and alot of love to him, his grandmother passed before the game ad basically rasied him, he came out huge as the hero to me, with 17 and 11.

Go Pistons!

Great run by our Pistons, these past 6 years have been A LOT of fun to follow...

Alright Pistons fans its great to be back but this isnt what we came for,

Exactly Sheeds, we're here for another Championship...

Lets just do it for Dyess, this guy really deserves a ring, and alot of love to him, his grandmother passed before the game ad basically rasied him, he came out huge as the hero to me, with 17 and 11.

The report was that he heard the news when he was driving into the Palace.  Man has a lot of heart to go out and play at a high level after hearing the sad news.

I think Dyess is going to play the rest of the playoffs with a HUGE chip on his shoulder.  He has never won a championship before and he was already starving for one.  Now he will play at an even higher level to achieve this goal.  I bet his teammates will step it up for him too.

Dyess really energized them last ngiht you could see it, it was that stretch where the Pistons went down 6. Mcdyess just started nailing jumpers when no one else could. He was pulling down huge offesnive rebounds and getting to the line. It fuled everyone else and you could just see that energy rise up.

Slightly off-topic and not meant to be a joke or a slam...

Does Rasheed Wallace still have a major marijuana addicition?  When he was here in Portland he was a daily smoker.  It doesn't seem to negatively affect his play as the guy is a baller, but damn, you'd think he'd kick the high school habit eventually?

Thats what I loved most about last nights game...

I thought Stuck would have at least 3 turns, but he looked realll good out there.  Maybe the 2nd team All rookie squad gave him a boost of confidence.

The Pistons are rolling right now if they keep this up we have a great chance of winning that ring for Dyess!
