Last I checked, Joe Girardi was the manager...??

Sounds like we're gonna be reading about Steinbrenner's opinions for the next ~20 years...awesome.

During spring training, I remember Hank saying that 2008 was going to be a "transition year" where because of a new manager and young pitchers they might have to take some lumps before they're good. Someone should remind him.

Of course, what can you expect? When Father George bought the Yankees in the early 1970s, he said there would be "absentee ownership" and we know how that all turned out.

And even IF Hank thinks it's his business to stick his nose in...what kind of advice is that?  PLAY HARDER.  OK Hank, right away.  Like the Yankees players are all sitting around not playing hard.

I thought King George was bad, but at least you couldn't argue with the level of success he had.  Hank is too much!

Hank is a loose cannon.

Very entertaining in a Paula Abdul, Courtney Love psycho- chick kinda way.

Except he's a guy.

We Yankee fans expect nothing less than the best in entertainment from our ownership.

It's just another " Yankee Tradition".

Hank delivers...
