I think Beanie has a great chance just like the others on this list. I think I would replace JL with Pat White though.

While Laurinaitis will probably be deserving of it, being a defensive player and just being on the watch list is impressive enough.  Maybe he will get an invite to NY...

Now, my vote was for Beanie because I expect him to break the 2000 yard mark, that coupled with a great game against USC should seal the deal...

Tim tebow is my vote though I feel if Chase Daniels has a season like last year and leads Missouri to the same kind of season he will win it or if Pat White has a good season he will win it, I just don't see Tebow having the kind of year like last year  with all the talent and weapons he has around him this year.

In all seriousness, I think that Tebow and Wells are the presumptive favorites here.  I think that if WVU has another excellent season, then Pat White will be in NYC.  All of the choices you provide are solid contenders, JL has a very difficult road ahead if he should win as only one other defensive player has won it.  Someone from the Pac10, ACC and Big XII will be in the running as well throughout the year.

Beanie Wells should have 2000yds against those highschool teams you call the little 10.  Jk.  Wells is a solid running back and has a great shot at it this year for sure.  If he does break 2000yds it will be his to lose.  Tebow could very well win again although I think Florida doesn't wish for him to carry the entire team.  Moreno will also have great shot at it.  Injuries will be the determining factor for all these young players.  I am just ready for the fall to roll around so we can find out.  Good luck to everyone on the list!

If TT wins the Big 12, Harrell gets the Heisman because of the crazy numbers that offense puts up.

I believe Beanie Wells will have the best year out of this group, but I actually picked Knowshon Moreno.

I think there's a Heisman curse going into the bowls, which is my reason for not picking Beanie.  It needs to be picked AFTER the bowls are done, as well as the rest of the awards.

Also, hoping Ohio State is #2 at the end of the year, not #1.
