Brian Urlacher..............just shut the f*** up. Why do you deserve to have your contracted re-negotiated???  And you claim you will not go to a mandatory work-out session unless you are properly compensated???  Here is a list of why you are full of crap.

  • You are 30 years old.........with leg, back, and now neck problems.
  • You have declined in performance each of the past 3 seasons.
  • You still have 4 years on your contract that is pating you a Top 5 LB salary.
  • And the biggest one to me..............YOU SIGNED THE DAMN CONTRACT YOURSELF!!!  They didn't hold a gun to your head saying you had to sign it. If you sign something, LIVE UP TO WHAT YOU SIGNED!

The Bears have even volunteered to boost up your contract so you can earn extra money (from the contract that YOU signed), but you still say it is a joke. No Brian, you are the freaking joke!

Yeah, that drives me crazy.  You signed the contract on your own free will and even had a lot of negotiating skills on what was in it.

I think the Bears should make him sit like the Bucs did with Meshawn Johnson.

Yes Chip, the veins are popping. It's funny because I can't stand the Bears. I just hate these people who think they are being screwed. And then they blame the team for a "bad" contract, when they were the ones that worked out that exact deal.

Something is weird here. Josh and I have been agreeing on a lot of things lately.

Yeah, I'm into that.  You got it mixed up though Logan.  I told you she said I was a cutie.  She's just another cougar.

And the biggest one to me..............YOU SIGNED THE DAMN CONTRACT YOURSELF!!!  They didn't hold a gun to your head saying you had to sign it. If you sign something, LIVE UP TO WHAT YOU SIGNED! I agree for the reasons you said except for this one. I hate the fact that the NFL has the rule where if a team doesn't like the deal they (the team) signed they can back out of the contract and release you, but if you don't like it you're stuck in it until it expires

It's gotten to the point where players agree to deals with teams knowing full well they will be released before the contract is up, and they demand that it is top heavy

I can't blame players too much when they hold out to try to get a better deal if they deserve it, but this is not one of those times. Chicago should eat his contract and not play him, send a message to everybody else (of course they won't do that)
