I know Buchholz pitched a gem

oops, I forgot the pitching line of the game I wanted compared, lol

here it is nasty:

8-IP

3 -hits

2 er

2 BB's

9 -K's

couple others at 6 full IP, 4 hits, 1 ER, ...................... 6 IP, 5 hits, 0 ER

2 out of 3 starts last September, Kennedy went 7 innings, allowed only 1 ER and K'd 7. One of them he gave up only 1 hit.

Hughes had the hitless 6 1/3 in his second start (when he pulled his hamstring) , and also posted another 7 inning 1ER start, as well as 3 other 6 IP 1 ER starts.

Neither one of them threw a no-hitter like Buchholz, and I've told you before that I think Buchholz could be special, but these 2 are pretty talented too. They're just so freaking young! LOL

The only reason why I would say that the Yankees are in better shape then the Red Sox is becuase Alex Rodriguez and Jorge Posada are coming back, but as people mentioned they both had career years last year, so I am not so sure how they can produce that again this year.

Cano still hitting below the Mendoza line in September is not a pretty prospect.
