As a disclaimer, I am a Celtics fan, so that would inherently make me biased. Also I am not 100% sober.
I found the officiating to be horrible. The foul difference was huge, which means the free throw point difference was more than the margin of victory. Also, I could be wrong, but it seemed like a higher percentage of the Celtics fouls sent the Cavs to the free throw line than the other way around.
I know the Celtics didn't look as energetic or just overall as good as the Cavs did this game (or even for the series), but I felt that the Cavs had a little help.
Also LeBron James falls down too much. Good acting I suppose. Don't get me wrong, he's a great player, top 3 in the league, but I get annoyed anytime he's referred to as 'King' James. No one is king. Michael Jordan was the best, but he's not a king either.
One more thing: I hate the towel waving. I think it is so stupid, and should be banished from all sports. Luckily for me, my teams' fans don't do it so much. I guess I get angry too easily, but I just want to punch everyone I see doing that, including those cheering for my teams.
But even if I'm wrong about the poor officiating, I think there's a conspiracy by the NBA and affiliate TV networks via the refs to prolong the series so they can make more money.
One last thing: Nearly every announcer, commentator, or analyst for every network is annoying and stupid. Seriously, if you don't agree with any of the above, you would at least agree with this that they all reduce the intelligence level of the fans watching at home. Irrelevant, biased, or flat out incomprehensibly stupid comments make up the status quo for those announcing the game or analyzing it in the studio.
God bless America, and someone please tell Arlen Specter that he's a douchebag, and there's a war going on and our economy's shit and so much other stuff's going on that should be Specter's focus. (P.S. even if you are a conservative (I consider myself moderate) Fox News is biased, and is ruining America)
Good Night and Good Luck and God Bless.

ESPN's blatant love for LEbron is disgusting. It's almost creepy when all they do is talk about Lebron, whether he is in the play or not. I'm starting to realize what all the Kobe haters go through. Tell Steve Smith, Stuart Scott, Doug Collins, and Vern Lunquist that LeBron James is taken and straight.

If noone has noticed, almost every second round game has been called ridiculously one sided for the home team. You would think with the referee-gambling incident less than a year ago, the league would ensure that the officials' integrity would not be an issue. But hell, there is profit in 7 game series so go on and allow Duncan, Ginobili, and Bowen to flop into home wins.

After reading your short novel, I have a few responses. You are right, the free throws were greatly in the Cavs favor. But look at it like this, who ever drove the the lane for the Cs? KG was always taking 16-20 ft jumpers. Lebron shot 60% of the cavs free throws because he is always driving. That's the difference there.
Your comment about the announcing I sort of agree with. I just like to make fun of the commentators most of the time. Especially Madden and Walton.

Do you think it makes you more or less of a man to blame/complain about the refs?
Please I saw it both ways and I'm tired of hearing grown men blame the refs. "We should have won" blah, blah, blah. Every losing teams fans say it. But you will never hear it from me.
Unless my team loses b/c of a Brady-tuck call. Only Raider fans are allowed to complain about the refs chaning the outcome of the game. The rest of you need to graduate from the 9th grade.
And btw, I think the Celtics will win game 7 over the Cavs but they are not going to win a Championship this year.

Why does towel waving bother you? Do you ned anger management? WHO CARES???? Is it that time of month?
You obviously need to start focusing your life around things that actually matter, like defending NFL coaches that cheat.

Blaming the refs gives me a way to vent. But don't tell me you don't get angry when you team loses/ plays like crap. It's part of being fan. You get the highs when they win and the lows when the lose. I don't know anyone who considers themselves more than fair-weather fans that doesn't have strong emotional ties to their teams. It's one of the reasons why people love college sports so much, the raw emotion.
I don't have to worry about defending NFL coaches who cheat because that would condone their wrongdoing. I don't think the penalty was harsh enough, but I think most people want it the whole issue to go away. I think cheating is bad, and if it wasn't my team I'd be as attacking against the Pats as the next guy, but still its not like its against the law or detrimental to health the way steroids is/was. Thus I feel Specter's proposed Mitchell Report-like investigation would not be in America's best interest.
Also, I agree that the Celtic's should have driven to the hoop more, which would have probably evened out the fouls. I didn't like the Celtic's play-calling, if there was any. There was not a team mentalitly out there, they were, for the most part, playing one one five ball. This was the main reason they lost, but as I said, I don't mind blaming someone else.

As far as towel waving goes, it's just something that annoys me personally. I guess I find it contrived or something,I'm not really sure. Seems like a poser thing to do. Just one of my quirky pet peeves. I just thought I'd throw it out there to see if anyone else finds it pretentious or irksome.

All I know is that down the stretch, there were two obvious horrible calls.
One, the charge on Paul Pierce was a terrible call. First off, Lebron was reaching in, and that is what created the contact. Lebron's feet were moving and he was not even fully in front of Pierce. Awful call.
Two, the foul on Ray Allen should've been a 3-point play. The ball went off the backboard before Delonte West blocked it, an obvious goaltending call.
