Im a laker fan, a huge one, i was dissapointed last night at how the Lakers didnt get it done in the 4th quarter...its only game 1, but i tell you this...im not going to watch another game in this series....why? because im tired of watching the refs parade people to the line for things that arent fouls. im not saying the refs screwed the lakers out of this game, kobe couldnt hit water if he fell out of a boat, odom was inconsistant as always, and gasol went from physical in the first half to soft in the 2nd. The refs have been calling these types of calls all throughout the playoffs and i have had enough. Rajon Rondo is flopping all night long, jumping into fisher and farmer the dude shot like 10 free throws you'd think he was Allen Iverson, each time gaosl tried defending garnett they gave garnett the superstar treatment and sent him to the line, gasol swatted kg in the 2nd and they called some lame foul. I was discouraged, because in the first quarter they let the players play and i was happy to see that, they werent calling everything, but of course the refs ego got into it and they had to dictate the game and parade each team to the line a total of 52 times which is rediclous(34 of those being bostons) So who cares who wins this series, we might as well send the trophy to the refs and they can put it up in their break room, because obviously they are going to have a huge impact on this series as always, god forbid we let the players play and the best team win. And by the way, paul peirce wasnt hurt that bad so save your superman takes, the dude walked out of the tunnel 2 minutes after his alleged "knee sprain" and hes running without any obvious pain up and down the court, dude aint that hurt, im a paramedic so i would know if someone looks as if they have sprained knee, it was all a big rocky balboa stunt to rhyle up the crowd. Congrats Boston, but who really cares? i know i dont.
