	Sob... Crede is definetly gone next season. There is no way he doesnt hit free agency this year, and at this rate, he may very likely be the best free agent in his class. He is young. 28 at the oldest. i think 26 maybe, i have no iidea. Hes young though. Hes got a great glove, and has it back after having a crumby start defensivley. And man, is he clutch. He is going to demand, and earn 15 mil at the least, and i can easily see him making 20 mil. The only way w e get him is if we can dump Paul Konerko, which is not going to happen. Sob, see ya joe

	He may test free agency, but I think he would rather stay where he is if the money is right. The Sox can free up some money by dumping Thome, Uribe, and maybe one other. I hope Ken Williams wouldn't get rid of Konerko based on his sub par performance earlier this season.

	Good thing we have Josh Fields ready to come up. He might not be where Crede is now but he will turn out to be a great ball player.

	Unfortunately I think he is gone also. Look at who the Sox have let go recently. Carlos Lee, Aaron Rowland for Jim Thome, Maglio Ordonez. The reason they gave for getting rid of Lee was more speed. Quentin the current lf is having a breakout year as a power hitter. Where's the speed now that Pods is gone? Ordonez was simply money. Dye was a bargain and has done well but he will enter a contract year next year. It is strange that the Sox is willing to pay a Swisher or Thome but not resign one of their own.

	I beleive the original plan out of spring training was to trade Crede and call up Josh Fields. But even though Crede is strengthening his trade value the Sox weren't expected to be contenders in the AL. Now that they are , I don't know if they would trade him unless they got a deal they couldn't refuse.
