I was wondering when the boneheads would come out. Take a look at the big picture.
Marcus was thrown out of school, and Michael never graduated, so they're not alums. And no, Virginia Tech isn't ashamed. The school gave them a chance to better themselves and they threw it away. For the record, Michael didn't get into trouble when he was in school. Marcus got 3 strikes in school and then he was out.
The fact that the school's scholarship-available-income skyrocketed when they were there, seems like a pretty good trade, especially to those honest, hardworking and decent students that couldn't otherwise afford to attend Virginia Tech and benefitted from those scholarship dollars.
Do you think USC is ashamed because OJ went there? I wonder if Ohio State is ashamed because Jeffrey Dahmer went there?
