That's the thanks Kobe gets for winning Shaq 3

He's like Pippen huh and can't lead? Well, Kobe had no big all star as his sidekick on this team and pretty well carried them to the finals. Name a year when Shaq did not have a perennial all star as his sidekick and went to the finals? Oops..gotcha!  Take Kobe and Wade away and Shaq has no titles.

As far as Pippen goes....well, when your hero leader decided to go abandoned his team and strike out in baseball we saw just how good Pippen was.  The Bulls were supposed to not even make the playoffs and have at least a 15 game slide or more w/Jordan's departure. This was based on history.  Wilt, Russell, Bird, Magic and Oscar's teams all won an avg. of 15 less games the prev. yr. w/their starts.  The Bulls lose Mr. Abandonment and they drop 2 games?????!!!!!   Are you kidding?? If not for the refs they beat the Knicks and who woulda thunk that?  Pippen's FG %age even rose w/out Jordan on the team.  How could this be if they were a one man team?   The facts: Michael Jordan could never get out of the first round of the playoffs w/out Pippen.  He had 5 losing seasons in his career. All 5 were w/out Pippen.  Gotcha!

If Kobe carried shaq to those 3 rings, then how come he couldn't carry Gasol/Odom to 1???

Shaq has done it with 2 teams, he leaves the Lakers the lakers suck for 3 years, he goes to the Heat and wins the next year.

I think kobe is a great shooting guard, but shaq is the most physically dominating player ever in the NBA. He's the Jim Brown of the NBA, does anyone remember "hack a shaq" i don't remember any teams creating fouling strategies to stop kobe, shit the Celtics barely even doubled him.
