This Yasura Tate guy is very lucky. A similar incident happened to me a few years back and the person got "hit" six times with a 9mm. This person was armed also. Only a fool doesn't protect himself. You dont want someone coming back in the future for revenge.

I think it would have been more serious charges if a gun was involved.  I don't even think the burglary are felonies.  I think there would have been an armed robbery or armed criminal action charge if there was a gun.

I like the way you operate.

If something like this happend in my house ( i live in a rural area), I would not hesitate to defend my property, myself, and my family.

I prefer the .45......nothing against all the 9 milli fans out there

One ought to think twice before committing burglary!!

Nice job by this Packer player not only hitting this piece of trash once, but twice.

But I'd have to say I liked your response better Regor88, if you're forced to confront a bad guy you might as well do it in a way that doesn't allow some bleeding heart judge to cut them back loose on you and your family or the rest of society.  Sweet justice.

Studgm04,  I can't say for certain that residential burglary is a felony in GB, but here in WA State it is a class-B felony and the burglar doesn't have to be armed in any way for it to be a felony.  Residential burglary is considered especially serious because a persons home is considered a place of safety or sanctuary for people,  I would be surprised if it wasn't a felony in every state.
