i think an expectation of making the playoffs is not far fetched at all for the Milwaukee Bucks this year. with 50% of the teams making the playoffs each year anything less than the playoffs should be considered a failure for the Bucks and their front office.
adding Joe Alexander provides depth to the forward position and toughness to the forward position we lacked with Yi. with the cash savings by sending simmons to the Nets we might wan to consider a point guard down the road to penetrate and kick out to Redd and Jefferson.
Bogut must have similiar numbers to last year, and our bench will need to add quality minutes if we are going to be successful this year and by saying successful i am referring to making the playoffs.
Still a lengthy off-season so its hard to come up with a prediction at the moment. Hopefully they will, and should, be right around the .500 mark and should be in line for the 7th or 8th playoff spot.
There are still a lot of moves that could be made this offseason so it is hard to say what the Bucks expectations should be. I will be happy if they can just make the playoffs next season.
