no he shouldnt....he is just not that good...he played decent and didnt turn the ball over in the playoffs but that is it....his qb rating in the playoffs would have made him 6th in the league last year IF he could have kept it up all year....his yards per game would have been 14th....as it was his qb ranking was 25th last season behind Kyle Boller, Joey Harrington and Brian Griese....he lead the 21st ranked pass offense last year...last regular season he threw for 2 or more tds 5 times,,,,he threw 2 or more ints 6 times...last year he threw for more than 244 yards 5 times....12 qbs averaged more than that last season....in those 5 games the Giants were 2-3....he had an 8 game stretch last year where he didnt throw for more than 1 td in any game....if you look at every fact blindly with out the superbowl ring there is no way he is anywhere near the top 50

You cannot tell me that Eli Manning was not amazing in the playoffs and Superbowl last year.  Who the hell cares about his stats when his team just won the Superbowl and he led them to 2 TD drives in the 4th Qtr.  He is the only QB in NFL history to lead his team to a TD when they needed it (field goal wouldn't cut it) to win a Superbowl.  I understand some bad QBs have won the Superbowl before, but Eli has led the Giants to the playoffs the past 3 seasons.  He is definitely a top 50 player.  Giants offense simplified their gameplan after getting spanked at home by the Redskins and since that point, Eli has been on point.  And to say that his QB rating would have ranked him average if that were his regular season rating is just stupid.  He played 3 road games and one neutral game against an 18-0 team.  You simply cannot overlook that fact.  I'll take a QB that can win 11 games in a row away from home any day.  Also, there should be more than 1 Giant on this list.  It's awful.

i can and will tell you he was not amazing in the playoffs. he was solid and didnt make mistakes, thats it. 213 yards a game, 1.5 tds a game, 60 % completions(54% i the last two games) solid maybe but far from amazing. hell he had 2 fumbles and an interception in the superbowl. in the road games during the regular season you so graciously say "he" won he had 5 tds and 8 ints in those 7 games. if eli was so amazing why was the gameplan simplified after the washington game? ELI IS JUST NOT THAT GOOD!

Eli is way overated - if he wasn't a Manning he wouldn't get half the press he gets.  Plus he was average in SB and a great catch by Tyree saved him from having a poor game

I think Eli is underrated and his brother is overrated.  For one thing, Eli is young and is only going to get better.  His win over the Patriots is much more impressive to me than Peyton's win over the Bears.  I would not be surprised one bit if Eli wins more Superbowls than his bro.  Peyton will have the stats--i don't think Eli will catch him there, but I think Eli may have the intangibles that his brother doesn't have.

Eli played smart football and was key to his team beating three quality teams in the playoffs (Dallas, GB, NE).  Prisco should move Roethlisberger up to Carson Palmer's spot and then place Eli well before Palmer.

You are clearly retarted, why does Eli belong on the list? Because of his 20 pics, his 73 passer rating i think and his 7 lost fumbles? The guy is clearly not among the top 50 players in the league and is not even worth mentioning. Save your breath, don't say Eli is good.
