Accuse me of being a homer here, but what about two guys who amazed me last year, Panthers LB Jon Beason and SS Chris Harris, at least one of them should have been somewhere on here.
Jon Beason was a rookie last year and was one of the best LBs in the league, he was everywhere. And he didnt fully get his MLB position until sometime throughout the season, and he still finished great. Paul P.? No no, Jon Beason, he would have had defensive rookie of the year had if it not have been for Mr. Patrick Willis, who I am expecting to stay dominant too.
Chris Harris has Bear fans kicking themselves for giving him up for a 5th round pick. The man forced 7 fumbles last season, and that is pretty sick if you ask me. He kills guys over the middle (he put Andre Johnson out last season), and with a second season under his belt with the Panthers, I can see him putting up some good numbers again.
