Cal !!! That's IT since 2003.

So like I said, before the rise of USC (2002) this decade, the Pac-10 had 3 and 2 Top 10 teams, and after, the Pac-10 has supplied ONE non-USC team in the Top 10.

And they still have had about two teams every year in the poll since 2002...right? Just because one of them has been USC doesn't change the dynamics of the situation. I know you are trying to spin this to say that the league hasn't been competitive since 2002, but the fact that every year since then at least one other  PAC 10 team has been ranked in the final polls... and just because it is #12 or #14 instead of #10 really makes little difference in the grand scheme of things, regardless of the B.S. spin you are trying to put on this.

Furthermore, stats can be spun in a number of different ways as we all well know and you can pull whatever data out of those stats that I provided from 1992-2001 you want to in order to try to make your point, such as pointing out only the numbers from 2000-01, but when you step back and look at the big picture, you said they usually had 2-3 teams each year before 2002.... but the fact of the matter is that 6 of those 10 years the PAC 10 only had one team or less in the final top 10 and only one of those years did they have 3 teams. Now that might not be most of the time, but it is a majority of the time.... and it is a far cry from what you said really happened.

Bottom line here sir, my reading skills may have very well diminished some.... but one thing is for certain, your B.S. spinning is still going full speed ahead.

Wrong!

"every year" ?  From 2004-2007 (that's 4 years), only ONE year did they have another non-USC team in the Top 10.

And you can pooh-pooh Top 10 status by suggesting that it "really makes little difference in the grand scheme of things." But I don't see it that way. It's no fluke that USC has accumulated those lovely six-year BCS bowl and Pac-10 title streaks during a time that the rest of the league has gone off into the bottom 15 or worse ...

And King, don't even try a comeback like others have previously done having to do with the Pac-10 not playing a split division, CCG scheme. Because that certainly didn't stop #2 Oregon and #10 WashSt. from making the Top 10 in 2001 and THREE teams (#3 Wash, #4 OSU and #7 Oregon) making the Top 10 in 2000. The once-proud Pac-10 has grown weak and cowed in the face of the toothy-grinned PeteyCarroll USC juggernaut. What a shame !

Nice try buddy but next time how about putting in all my quote? Here is whatI I said:

And they still have had about two teams every year in the poll since 2002...right? Just because one of them has been USC doesn't change the dynamics of the situation

That my friend clearly says that I meant one of the two teams or more was USC and that I said the poll and not the top 10, so don't say I was wrong when you are the one who is wrong. You keep saying I have the readinf comprehension problem but as one can plainly see, it is you who can't seem to read what was said and regurgitate it in its proper context. That was pretty weak cajun dude.

And you can pooh-pooh Top 10 status by suggesting that it "really makes little difference in the grand scheme of things." But I don't see it that way. LMAO...kind of how you are pooh poohing the fact that I pointed out that you were wrong again when you said before 2002 the PAC 10 always had 2-3 teams in the Top10?

As far as you thinking that the difference between #12 and #10 being highly significant in regards to a subjective poll, I can only laugh at the ignorance on your part. Just like I said and contrary to your biased perspective, the PAC 10 has still been competitive during USC's run as the premier team in the conference and you haven't brought a single thing to the table yet that has convinced anyone other than yourself that the situation is different than that..
