According to ESPN, the Kansas City Chiefs' front office is trying to ban fans from constantly standing during games in support of their team. Apparently it is not courteous to senior citizens and children. I, for one, happen to be one of those people who likes to stand a lot and yell and get pumped up at FedEx Field... I usually ignore people who ask me to sit down. What do you all think? I think it's lame... I pay good money for my tickets and I'll enjoy the game how I like.. If you can't see over me, maybe you should stand too.
Obviously, you are an inconsiderate moron. Just because you paid for a seat doesn't mean you can inconvenience those sitting behind you. But, your selfishness is so clear.......maybe the fans behind you should place a bag over your head. Hey, they paid good money for their seats too.
But, the real question is, "why would any one pay to see the Weedskins?" That truly is being an idiot.
I don't think it's necessary to stand the entire, majority of the game...it is inconsiderate.
However, banning this is way over the top ridiculous!
I am one who is bothered by those who don't care for my needs, and find it terribly selfish to insist that it's their perogative to do whatever they want...it's usually those that haven't been bothered by a bigger jerk. Their time will come and change their tune.
Having said that, how in the world would this be enforced? When is cheering for your team too much? Home games are meant for crazy, rabid fans...are you going to ask them to please sit down and cheer? This is plain stupid!
