please tell me you guys aren't surprised at this?!?! I mean, we dont have a true everyday SS and our bullpen has been great this year................pitching above average, and are now hurt. Things like this will happen with a "rebuilding" team. We're not gonna win any division this year.
Nobody is mentioning.................Adam Jone is hitting over .280, Markakais has his average back up over .300...................isn't these the things we are supposed to be impressed with this year?? I know we all want to win, but when you have AAAA players playing in the infield until a better option comes along, these types of games will happen. I agree that freddy has to go...................but who's gonna replace him..............Luis Hernandez...............now thats funny.
and dont even mention about bringing somebody up from the minors sooner than we'd like. Dempsey said it best last night "let them stay down there and learn. It is much easier to learn in the minors than in the majors". There is not reason to rush anybody.
