I have to say, going 8 - 4 in the conference would have been HUGE, but instead we drop to 7 - 5, which just isn't as pretty....it seemed like this game was ours going into the final couple of minutes, but we missed a few key ft's while Fresno St. started bombing unbelievably from downtown and we couldn't hold on...

I will be more than happy if we get 3 more conference wins, which I think is very possible.  That would be a great accomplishment for Nash to end his first season with a winning record, I think that's saying a lot considering Wallace didn't really leave him with much.

UH does not have an overabundance of athletes, but it is not fair to blame Riley for the lack of depth. Injury and the inability of Herman Frazier to make a decision on a coach cost the team a couple solid recruits like Nick Livi (7.8 points, 2.4 assists at Southern Utah but injured), Brian Freeman (5.5 points and 4.5 rebounds at Long Beach State) and Gary Wilkinson (13.2 points 6.8 rbs at Utah State)

Did that guy ever do any work?  Seriously....what I wonder is why it took so long to fire him.  All those recruits you listed are top notch and it's a shame our athletic department dragged their feet.  Otherwise who knows, we might have winning record.

Okay, so we bring back Herman one more time for another caning on these boards. Now lets check the standings. Whoops. No change yet. Damn! and I thought another smackdown of Herman would move the Rainbows up a couple of places. Seriously, can we please let him go and focus on the here and now? This is really getting old.
