Yes, I was there too.  I was sure it would be a 30 point loss, but the Blue Demons did not give up.  They looked amazing in the 2nd half.

I would really like to see how they do in the Big East Tournament, but since UConn was unable to beat the lowly Providence Friars tonight, we may not get the chance.  How could UConn play so poorly!?!

Whoever scheduled Creighton, Vanderbilt and Kansas for DePaul's non-conference games really needs to think about that.

I believe the future looks bright.  However, I am truly concerned about the losses that we had.  When your team is up by 15 points with only five minutes left in the game, you should not loose.  That happened all the time this year.  I question where to point fingers, it might be in Jerry's direction.  Will Walker will step up next as well as Mac.  Dar Tucker needs to improve his shooting and develop a consistent shot.  We need to hit our free throws as well.  Overall, we need to step up and return to our dominant days.  End of story.

I am glad is was brought up.  Free throws were a major problem this year.  You cannot blame any one person.  Burns is the only player I actually wanted on the free throw line.  I can think of at least two games where if we hit more free throws we could have won.  I am sure that there are more.

Hopefully next year will be good.  There is a lot to look forward too.  Including Obi, the new 7 foot center, and Bizoukas (who played in a exhibition game).

Dar Tucker had some good games this this, but made some freshman mistakes.  Next year could be great for him.  Tucker and Walker in the backcourt could be very offensively potent.  And Curry will still be around to run some point.

We have a lot of talent returning next year, which is good.  Tucker will be a star.  If the Coaching staff developed him, he will be the Big East player or runner up.  The kid can play.  I hope Walker minutes does not go down, he has pretty good range and I hope they let him shoot.  Someone needs to work with Mac when he get Offensive Board, sometimes he rushes his shot.  We have a lot of talent returning.  We just need to put it together.

I don't know much about Obi, but he is Big.  I would like to see Mario play.
