People really are slow on these boards...My reference to felonies was pointed at UT which I can go down the list of player's with felonies there if you would like...However, my shocker comment was referring to the fact that he's back on the team after numerous screw ups....And don't push it off on his father's funeral...His dumba$$ didn't inform the coaches he just left hence the suspension...He's a thug plain and simple but as an Auburn fan I hope you keep recruiting guys like this...It will make it that much easier to win the West once you guy's get probation.

At least at LSU we don't teach our players the "chop" block as a valid technique. You talk about the pot calling the kettle black. There is no comparison between LSU and other "thug" programs. Admittedly, Miles has given Perrilloux more leeway than I'd like, but most offenders are quickly sent packing. Man, I hate Auburn and their fans more than any other program. Dirtiest players and coaching staff, and they want to throw stones. What a joke!

Bahahaha...Did you just seriously make a comparision between a chop block and run ins with the law? You are a moron...As a side note I guarantee LSU had a chop block called on them at some point last season...The only reason it was a story is because it happened to Glenn Dorsey...So you are basing your opinion of Auburn on a single play? I will patiently await your other examples by our dirty players and coaching staff...By the way I didn't say LSU was a thug program yet just that they are going to become one with Miles at the helm...

Auburn has more major NCAA violations than any other program including Alabama (who is 2nd) and Miama.
What is your point again? Thats right - you don't have one. Go chop block your Uncle Sister.

It figures an Auburn fan would say something like this... First of all, the coaches should kinda understand and know when their next starting quarterback's father dies. Hell, they shoulda been there at the funeral, you know that when they were recruiting Ryan they were up his parents' rectums, so the least they coulda done was show respects. But the other stuff, yeah he screwed up and he got suspended. Lets not be niave, did anyone here REALLY think Perriloux was going to miss significant time? He's their only shot at being respectable this year with the emergance of Alabama in the west. Coaches don't wanna act like some players are more important than others, but lets not kid ourselves. Like saying personality is what guys really look for in girls, its ugly people that say that (thanks to Liar Liar for that one) its the same for the "team is more important" thing is only things teams without talent say. Yeah good teams play as a unit, but thats also because they have numerous stars on the field (ala USC). So lets not complain about his screw ups, everyone has them. Its only the truth that the stars are the ones that get away with it

So what would you want Meyer to do if Tebow had a similar string of incidents happen? I will ignore the Auburn crack because you are probably disgruntled about Auburn beating you two years in a row....But I do agree with your comments...I just don't think fans should defend the kid like they are...Be a fan with common sense and morals is all I am saying....

Now this is funny. First of all I'd be pretty surprised that Tebow aka Gods gift to grades/school/religion/football/blahblahblah (I'mgetting sick of him, btw, even being a UF fan) would get in this much trouble, but if he did I wouldn't expect him to get in serious trouble. But something like this did happen with Marcus Thomas 2 years ago and I was happy he was kicked off of the team. Florida used to be the school in the state that DID have morals(unlike FSU and Miami) I'm not saying its right, let me clarify that, but its the way things are. And you're right, we did lose to Auburn two years in a row and I may be slightly disgruntled (especially with that BS call two years ago with the Leak obvious throw) but I have a feeling that Auburns days are numbered for being in competition in their own state even. I hope I'm wrong, because I hate Nick Saban more than Tressel (and if anyone has seen me in other threads they know thats saying alot) and I do have morals, I'm just not confident that those morals matter in CFB anymore, sadly.

Yeah I was just using him because he is the biggest star on UF's team...And see that is the difference between LSU's program and UF's...It looked like he was tucking it to me ;-)...The SEC recruiting battle will get interesting over the next few year's with all of the high profile coaches...

Stars get away with everything, but it is ridiculous. Perriloux should have contacted the team and let them know his father passed away, plain and simple. While traumatic, you still need to take care of personal matters before hand, me and you would probably be fired if we left and didn't let our work know. This was also his third strike, and while small, he can't be allowed to get away with these things over and over. Stop saying suspension and then not doing it or penalizing for a game against directional schools or D2 schools, let the message be loud and if it continues, like in Tennessee, clean house. It seems we are penalizing what is right more than we penalize what is wrong.

You implied it; that LSU is like UT. Obviously you realized you didn't know how to back up that statement so you are now trying to change the meaning.
As previously stated, none of the offenses were felonies. Now please tell me that you really believe that no college s | |
