This is the guy who Dick Bennet blames for the backlash against his style of play after he took the Wisocnsin Badgers to the final four. It was Roy Williams who led the charge against teams that could actually play defense , characterizing them as boring I beleive. The irony here is too much. Tony Bennett has a chance to take down the big name coach who some say ran his dad out of coaching. Dick Bennett was truly hurt by Roy William's comments. His teams might not score a hundred but they played hard and they were tough. Not something to apologize about. The Cougars have a shot to end UNC's season. More importantly though it is UNC's lack of defensive presence that may end their season. I for one think if that happens old man Bennett will be quite content. GO COUGS!!!
