The mere mention of the drafting of Elvis Grbac being a successful move should have denoted that Judge wrote this when coming off some sort of bender... He must have forgotten about people such as Carmen Policy, Seifert, and Bill Walsh.
Plain and simple, the only reason we are seeing Cerrato with more decision making power is because it is evident that Dan Snyder failed miserably at it. But make no mistake, Snyder's loyalty to Cerrato will be another in the long line of his failures. This Redskins version is far away from being an elite team.
The Redskins were remarkably competitive last year, but are no doubt headed for the NFC East basement in 2008.
