I am a Kentucky Alum. Travis Ford would be a super coach for you. He was a smart player that make his mark more on his wits than skill. We knew he would make a good coach somewhere, someday. When the Kentucky job came open last year, there was some mention of him here, but he was just too young and unproven. He has another year under his belt now. Just within the last few days, we were not sure why he would turn down interest from LSU, a major SEC school, to stay at UMass. Maybe Providence can lure him with your conference. If you get him, you will like him. Good luck.
