ford staying put. smart move on his part. He wants to upgrade, providence would be a downgrade from his current job. He has a much better chance of making the tourney and top 25 at umass than at prov.

I disagree.  Coaching in the Big East is always an upgrade from the A-10.  Exposure if nothing else is that much greater.  That being said, if he is being looked t by Kentucky, LSU and those likes, then I agree he is staying put so as hopefully get one of those jobs in the next year or two.

Next two candidates on the board are O'Shea and Hobbs.  Any thoughts?
