What else can he do?  Come back for another year, hit some more free throws, and win a national championship.

I think CDR should stay if he isnt a Top 15 pick because he may be that next year, the Lopez brothers are skewing this draft because of their size and there are TWO of them, big guys just get drafted earlier.

Beasley will be the No.1 pick, Rose will go 2.  Teams cant bypass Beasley because he can go inside or outside, he has a man's body, like Lebron, and he is a scorer.  Rose is a great pick and a matchup problem for most every team.

I agree that this kid will end up being the overall #1. However, the NBA's rule on waiting a year is a joke. Most of these kids, as we're seeing this year, will only bother playing one year in college before they make the jump. Good for them, and I can't say that I wouldn't be tempted to do the same if I was in there shoes. But it ultimately takes away a scholarship that could have gone to someone who is interested in an education as well as playing basketball. If the school could get that scholarship replaced, it wouldn't be as big of a deal. On the good side, these kids who are passed over so a one-and-done player can come help sell some tickets get an opportunity to play somewhere else, and generally get more playing time. But if Stern wanted to make these kids wait, he would have made the waiting period two years. Make these kids actually give a crap about their commitment to a school.
