Ok idiot. There is this thing called a court system.......and within this system, there are rules. Now, since there already was an open judgement against TO for the hearing that already took place, the Eagles had to give Terrell Owens two years to either appeal or pay the judgement. Now, since ample time has past, they can now act on another litigation which is exactly what they are doing. As for the rightness of this suit, I back it 100%. This should and must be done by ALL teams to keep the a-hole players (i.e. TO, Chad Johnson) from being in a contract and deciding if they feel like playing and for who. When they get a ridiculous amount of money as a signing bonus (to stay under the salary cap) and don't NEED the money in the contract, what else is going to keep them from bailing on a team.......NOTHING because they have plenty of money. You want to live the dream, then take the good with the bad and quit crying and play football!!
