POOR buckeyefan, once again he can't contact the dots. The reason no one is saying anything is because
A= LSU plays a TOUGH in conference schedule
B= OSU does not play a tough in conference schedule and therefore has to play someone tough out of conference or they will get beat up for it.
C= App STATE beat michigan last year. So APP state is about like playing a top 25 teams these day!!! LOL
D = Once again LSU plays 7 quality opponts in conference and osu play;s 2.

Actually Cassells, whether "LSU plays a TOUGH in conference schedule" or not remains to be seen. Whether they play "7 quality opponents in conference" also remains to be seen. By the end of the year... who knows? Maybe their OOC schedule ends up looking stronger than their SEC schedule. It's all merely speculation at this point.
But, the point is that (and I have to agree with the poster that created this thread here), if OHIO STATE had this OOC schedule (which, they had a similar one last season) you and most SEC fans would be starting five threads per day on the topic.
That's the disconnect here and probably the intent of the thread. The SEC fans can't seem to stand this type of scrutiny because they're simply not used to it. That's primarily because it's usually harder to see them at the top of the mountain.

So, Florida is a tough game for LSU, but Michigan is an easy game for OSU, even though Michigan beat Florida 4 months ago? Nice one.
"On paper", Tennessee was better than Cal last year.
"On paper", Auburn was better than South Florida last year.
"On paper", Alabama was better than FSU and La-Monroe last year.
"On paper", Florida was better than Michigan last year.
"On paper", South Carolina was better than.........my fault. South Carolina was not better than anyone on paper last year, and after losing their last 5 games, they weren't better than anyone on the field either.

PC....So if OSU played and beat Cal, South Florida, FSU, La Monroe and South Carolina last year then OSU would be better than Tennessee, Auburn, Alabama and Florida. Makes perfect sense to me.

So, the better teams would always lose to lesser foes, is that the spin here? guess winning the game is not as important as looking like a better team? Makes sense to me...
