Fellow Jazz fans:  Do you think our team threw off their much talked about road woes by taking the first 2 in Houston, or do you think it will come back to haunt us in the second round?

Against the top teams in the West, we have always been a pretty good road team this season. It was really against the lower tier teams that we struggled.

I think we will play just fine in LA . . . . if we bring the same intensity we had in game 6!!

Go Jazz!!

The Jazz in the old days (Stockton/Malone) had a bond and a vow to win the game on the raod and several years they won a vast percentage on the road. The current team is not so good away from SLC. Yesterday the turn overs in the first half anf the unreal missed shots was their downfall. I do think they can play better and hopefully sneak the 2nd game in LA>

I think the Jazz can still win on the road, they are worse on the road then at home but they can still win there. I think they were playing to soon against the Lakers and were not properly prepared. i could see them taking game 2 and winning the series in 6.

I think it is great that game 2 won't be played until wednesday.  it gives the Jazz the much needed time to get a good game plan and they can fix the things that went wrong in the first half of game 1.  Even after halftime of game 1 the Jazz came out strong and made a game of it.  The 19 points were just too much in the end...

I'm officially going to go out and buy a Millsap jersey so I can stop wearing my Boozer jersey during these games. Someone should ask Boozer's mom if he can come out and play cuz I am sick of this guy playing like a wet paper sack. Without Baby Face Millsap last night the Jazz wouldn't have had the chance to make a run at the end. Does anyone else want to see Paul get the start over Booze to see what he can do in a full game? He has been effective coming off the bench and Booze... well, I'm just disappointed.

It's going to be tough but I know this team can win the next two and level the series. It's comforting to know everytime I read the stat about only 13 teams ever coming back from being down 2-0 that one of them was this Jazz team.

No joke.  I would love to see Millsap get a start.  I am becoming a huge fan of his hustle plays and consistency!

Millsap is a stud and a workhorse out there.  We really need to see Booze step up tonight, and if he doesn't we need to see millsap get more time.  The decisions the booze makes have just been terrible lately.
We need to get a big win tonight and run the Lakers out of the building.  Seriously, the Jazz have gotten better with each game in LA and if they can make it to Game 7, they have a great chance at moving on to the Western Conference Finals.
GO JAZZ!!!

That's a good point Ute. After the loss last night, I was dissapointed and thinking that the series was over. But then I remembered last year against a Rockets team (with Yao), coming back from 2 games down. It's obviously going to be more difficult this time around with the Lakers, but I think that we have improved from last year. It's going to be tough, but I think that we could pull it off.

In regard to the original question I would actually prefer to say that our Road Stigma is still there... Why? Because it makes it easier to believe that our Home Mystic is still around after a loss.

The Jazz have got to come out strong in game 5.  they looked good at home.  They have got to be able to put together a complete game on the road if they want to win this series, and finish it off at home.

Juggins, you are right! They need to come out strong and play like they did in games 3 and 4 . . . . attack the rim . . . . . . be aggressive . . . . rebound well . . . . and don't settle for all outside jumpers!!!!!

Go Jazz!! Go hard for all 4 quarters an d give yourselves a chance at another good road win the in the playoffs!!

In NBA series that are tied 2-2 the 5th game is the one you need to win. Can the Jazz put together a complete game in LA Wednesday?? If they do they have a great chance to end this in 6..If not then it might go 7 with that game back in LA. All the trams are seemingly having a real problem on the raod. Celtics are 0-5 in the playoffs on the raod. Jazz a complete game and you might be in the Western Finals.

Orlando is the only team that has lost at home in the 2nd round of the playoffs.  The Home Team is 17-1.  I really hope the Jazz can get the next one and make it 17-2

Yes I agree Utah Ute. Boozer take the worst shots, it really makes me mad. Especially when his 15 footers rim out. Drive it in Boozer!
