Can anyone tell me who this guy is that coaches third base for the Nationals? He has sent runners home each of the last two games against the Astros with both (Zimmerman & Pena) thrown out at the plate by a great margin in key situations . He has also had similar instances earlier this year as well as last season. It seems to me we need someone with better decision making ability in that box and this guy needs to go.

I think Tim Tolman is the third base coach.
