Yet another QB developed behind Brett Favre appears to have a decent shot at starting for someone other than the Packers.

Someone in the organization (or lots of someones) certainly know how to tutor quarterbacks.

I"m not surprised. I always kind of liked the guy. I'm not sure why the Packers didn't keep him around.

He wasnt with the Packers for that long. I believe we got him for the Mike McKenzie trade with a second round pick and a conditional next year pick. Dont remember what that was. He might of stayed on the team for that year. I dont think he will start hes been in the league since 2002 and hasnt stuck with a team. Hes been on 10 different teams according to Wikipedia. One of these was an NFL europe team.

They are just trying to get Smith to step it up and become the QB they drafted him to be.

Hey folks.   I watched Osullivan closely last  year,  so I thought Id comment.     The guy is a tool.  Weak arm, happy feet.  But you know what though he knows exactly where Mike Martz wants to attack the defense and he wont deviate from a "Martz" called play.

That egotistical freak Martz the genius Loves JT.  Having him do exactly what and when he wants will be the closest Mike will come to playing in todays NFL.

"See, if you audible out of my play and screw up  JT will get the ball and you will sit, until you obey"  says Mike Martz

Lets see how well Alex Smith can obey.

Oh and as a Detroit fan im not bitter...
